What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is one 20GP container (approx. 9 tons), but we can arrange LCL shipments (1-2 tons) for trial orders or specific high-value items.
Do you offer GRS certified recycled polyester tops?
Yes. We offer GRS-certified recycled polyester sliver tops made from post-consumer PET bottles. TC (Transaction Certificates) are provided with every shipment.
What cut lengths can you produce?
We can customize cut lengths to match your spinning system. Common lengths include 76mm, 88mm, 102mm, and up to 110mm for worsted spinning.
How are the tops packed?
We offer standard bale packing (approx. 250-300kg/bale) or vacuum bump packing (approx. 10-15kg/bump, palletized) to maximize container loading and protect fiber quality.
Can you match a specific color?
Yes, we produce dope-dyed polyester tops in black and can customize colors (via masterbatch) for large orders. We also supply raw white for pot dyeing.
Where is your factory located?
Our production base is in Jiangyin, Jiangsu, China, a major hub for polyester and textile manufacturing, close to Shanghai port.
